I cannot log into my email account. I keep getting the message "invalid credentials" although I am inputting correctly.

Login is rejecting my info.  ???  I have typed correctly many times and still get rejected.

LGI-0006 Categories=USER_INPUT Message='Invalid credentials.' exceptionID=1553208688-444047
Getting error message trying for CHAT LIVE.

I am having the same issue and earlier today I was getting a bunch of rejected mail that I did not send like it was hacked but was not. I chatted with support and they said I did not set up my IMAP in my email correctly but I think Something is wrong on your end. I am however able to send and receive email through my email software.
