I can receive e-mail but can't send any. Anybody else have that problem today?

yes I had to completely delete my phone app and delete my account on my computer and reset everything. Just got it working again after 3 hours

Mine still won't send even after working on it for so long. I can receive but not send via Outlook

I would recommend looking at this article. Please go through your Outlook settings and make sure they match the setting we provide.

I have tried that over and over and Outlook sends a test message that I receive and again I can receive no problem. But I cannot send emails from outlook. they just sit in the outbox.  This just happened as stated on Friday- before that everything was working. Also in order for outlook to "say it works" I have to click "My outgoing SMTP server requires authentication" and also "Use the same settings as my incoming mail server" but even though it says it is set up properly my emails just hang in the outbox. Please help!

YES!  Started sometime after Friday afternoon.  I've done nothing different, so odd if blacklisting would be the problem.  The only RECENT change was I increased the size of my mailboxes with Homestead but so odd that would create this issue...

UGH it finally works as I tried sending emails from this account to my other personal email addresses but they landed in my junk folders which is another ongoing issue. I cannot understand why I have never had problems and now all my clients say my emails land in their junk folders and now I can't even email myself from your servers w/o them landing in my own junk folders. There has to be something causing this that can be fixed!?

I'm having the same problem.  It happened on Friday as well.  I think it was after Windows did an update... 
We also started suddenly having the problem at the same time. We can receive email but not send from our invoicing applications QuickBooks and Groundskeeper Pro. We did not update anything. I re-entered all mail server information into QuickBooks but still does not work.

One person in Community said they were able to get the mail through a 3rd party program working by changing the server ports to incoming 143 and outgoing 587 and turning off any secure settings. I would recommend trying that.

Mark,

Since you have your DNS pointed to another host for your website, we are unable to automatically update your DNS and it was outdated. I have updated this information manually. Please give it 24 hours to fully update and test again. Also, are you sending from Roundcube or an email client like Outlook?

No, they way you have your account set up is fine, and it should be working after 24 hours .
