When I try to insert an image the box that says importing file shows up, but it doesn't do anything. It won't import and I have to close it to get the box go away.

Hello Rebecca1996

I just went into your builder and tested adding an image. It did not give me any trouble, my image loaded immediately. Please check your internet connection/speed, try uploading from the file manager instead, or try a different browser.

Hello Christine7306

I did the same thing on your site. I went into the builder, tested uploading a rather large image, and it uploaded immediately. Please check your internet connection/speed, try uploading from the file manager instead, or try a different browser.

I am using Chrome -  is there a size limitation or recommended way to optimize?

I've tried the upload on both sites, and neither of them gave me a loading screen. The trouble does seem to be on your end. If it was an issue with the builder, it would be happening on my end as well. I'm sorry, there is just unfortunately nothing I can help with on my end.
