What update is necessary to allow my sites to publish to the internet?

I see you called support. Let me know if you still have trouble. Let us know exactly what happens when you launch Sitebuilder.

I am also having trouble updating and publishing the changes to my website. Since I have Windows 10, I am using the sitebuilder online. In file manager I see that the pages need to be published, and I cannot seem to accomplish this. Would you please help me....? thank you.

Your account allows for only 5 pages. You are attempting to publish your 5 site pages, plus an HTML page that is called Nortonxxxxxxxxx.html. You also have several folders. I did not look in each to see if there were other HTML or HTM pages. Those would also count. For $2/month you can add 10 pages to the account.
