My credit card was compromised and I got a new card, I need to update my billing information but I keep getting an error saying it cannot update. I have contacted my bank, the error is not on my end. I have tried different browsers and my phone, nothing works. I cannot find a phone number to call it in and I am very frustrated that something so simple is made almost impossible by you. I am using a debit card (since I know you are going to ask and yes it has a chip.... and yes there is money in the account... this isn't my issue!
You can call 800-710-1998 for support. The most common problem is that it is the bank, but they may not even know it. We are not charging you when you update the card, but we do send an authorization request for $0 or $1, which many banks routinely reject.
That being said, sometimes are communications with the processor can be interrupted.
