Hi there colin7112

We recently changed the way customers can cancel their account by adding the option to "close before next bill date" instead of close immediately. We do know of the current bug where it doesn't allow you to click the button to cancel. It does allow you to opt out of future billing, which will close your account a few days before it is set to bill again. We have created a ticket and are actively working on fixing this.

I can definitely close the account out for you. What is the reason you are looking to close your account?

Hi Elizabeth, thank u for your fast reply. To put my mind at rest, yes, please can you go ahead and close my account. The reason is that I am retiring as a photographer and my business will be closing. My best, Colin of www.colinpearcephotography.com

I definitely understand  Colin, I'll go ahead and close the account for you. You'll get an email to confirm that change.

Thanks for being a great Homestead customer!
