I am receiving 'mail delivery failed' emails. Every 5 mins from accounts that I do not recognise and I have not sent any emails. Help please.

For both of you, I would recommend changing your email password. Please follow the instructions in this article:

https://community.homestead.com/homestead/topics/how_to_i_reset_my_email_password
If your email has been compromised, this will break that connection. I also recommend running a virus/malware scan on any device you use to check your email.

This happened to us, and has locked us out of the email. When I go to change my email password it says system error???

You're getting an error because there is a discrepancy between the amount of space we have for that email on the back end and how much you are paying for. I will need to downgrade the size in the back end to match what you are paying for in order for you to be able to update the password.
At that point, you can delete content from your email to be able to receive or send new email or choose an email upgrade option:

Tier 1: 2 GB and 20,000 messages is $1 additional per month
Tier 2: 5 GB and 50,000 messages is $2 additional per month
Tier 3: 10 GB and 100,000 messages is $3 additional per month

Let me know which option you choose.

Hiya. I have changed the password. That was the first thing I did. Unfortunately still receiving the same messages. Advice please.

Ok, are you getting these errors through Roundcube or an email program like Outlook? Did you run a malware scan before you reset your password?
