I am not receiving emails with attachments at any of them homestead emails.

This is extremely urgent.  I have tested between my several email accounts with Homestead and realize that any emails that have attachments, including very important emails outside of Homestead are not reaching me.  However, if there is no attachment (files of any size) then I am receiving the email. I read through similar issues and it appears that something might need to be updated.  I need this fixed as soon as possible because I am missing important emails with applications for my business.

I have tested and tried via webmail and Outlook.  I noticed the issue last night and have been checking everything in my settings, as time permitted throughout today.

Hello, When can I expect to receive a response and help with this problem.  I am still not able to send any emails that have attachments.  They are showing sent on my end, but not being received.  This is to both to my other email accounts with homestead and to email accounts outside of homestead.

info@thepinkevent.net, tamika@makeitdiamond.com, and info@ultimatewomannetwork.com are the ones I had a chance to test and are currently having a problem.

I just tested sending and receiving with attachments with those 3 emails and didn't have any issues. You can see the emails in the inbox and sent folder to confirm. I was sending images. What type of file are you trying to send?

Yes, this morning I saw that I was able to get emails with attachments that I didn't send from one of my email accounts and that is when I updated with a new reply saying that I still cannot send emails with attachments (PDF document, specifically) and it be received.  It is showing sent in my sent messages, but not being received.

For example, I tried to send a PDF document from info@ultimatewomannetwork.com to info@thepinkevent.net to test, but it does not show up in info@thepinkevent.net inbox and vice versa.

I apologize, I am trying to replicate so we can get this resolved, but I just sent a test PDF attachment from info@ultimatewomannetwork.com to info@thepinkevent.net  and it went through successfully. You can see this in your sent folder and inbox. I know you said "files of any size" but what is the size of the files you are trying to send?

Thank you so much for working with me on this.  I think I may have found the issue.  I just thought to send a similar, but different PDF (these are applications submitted to my company through JotForms that I send to my team).  Well, the similar document that was attached went through.

So it seems that it might be this specific PDF document with live links for the domain bjcfashion.com.  Could that be what is cause the document to not be received?  Not sure if that makes sense because this is not my area of expertise, but I'm trying to identify and verify with you.

It is possible that the domain bjcfashion.com is being blocked if at any point it was identified as being connected with spam. It is very likely that is what is causing it. I took a look at all emails incoming to info@thepinkevent.net  and I see two that are marked as spam because "A Domain or URL in the email was identified as being potentially spammy" I can see if we can mark that domain as safe, so you stop having this issue.
