Is this an issue with all email addresses through Homestead, or one specifically?

I am receiving none of my orders. They are all to be forwarded to one email (loyalsigns@comcast.net).  This happened for 4 days over the July 4 weekend and started again yesterday, Jul16,  at 820am CDT.   I still am not receiving anything from my website.  I have been looking at my text files and gleaning the information from there.   Please help!

Hello Jean,

I do not see a store hosted directly through Homestead so I will need a little bit more information. What company are you using to process your payments? They are the ones who send out order confirmation emails. I am still looking into the contacts made from the site.

Also, if you have loyalsigns@loyalsigns.com set up as the primary email for orders I do see a forward set up from there to your comcast email.

Hi,
I just started receiving my emails a little over an hour ago.  I don't have an email loyalsigns@loyalsigns.com.   Just loyalsigns@comcast.net.     The other email may have been created by one of your employees as we have had issues like this before and they were doing a test to see if the issue was with Homestead or Comcast.  At the time, the issue ended up being with Homestead.  
Our customers pay thru Paypal to pay for our services.   We provide a service only and do not sell products of any kind.   I do receive confirmation of payments from Paypal.  But the actual orders submitted on our website are always sent to loyalsigns@comcast.net
Do you need any other information?

I checked the email that the orders or form submissions are set to be sent to and some of those submit buttons are set to loyalsigns@loyalsigns.com for some reason. I would advised going into the editor and double checking the email address you want to use for your submissions and update any that need to be. If there is a specific page that has a form on it that you can provide me I can dive deeper to make sure that form is functioning correctly.

Hi,
Now I'm not receiving the emails again.  Can this please be resolved.  We are paying for a service that we are not getting and I will look for another alternative for our website if this isn't resolved soon.

I had the person who set up my website for me take a look and change the email address to the correct one on all the pages so let's see if that solves the problem.  If not, I'll be in touch.
