I am not receiving emails. My storage is at 92%

My email address has become notorious for bounced emails. It has put a strain on client relationships. I do have a ton of emails and I'm constantly deleting messages, but even with that, it seems incoming emails still bounce or are delayed....

If mailbox storage is the issue, you can certainly upgrade the storage on your mailbox.
We can bump you up to 2GB storage for $1/month, 5GB storage for $2/month, or 10GB storage for $3/month.

If your emails are being bounced for any other reason, I cannot see why, since your nameservers are pointing to Wix. I cannot verify that your DNS is correct.

Thanks...however, it seems to be selecting which emails to allow through...
Also, our website is with Wix, but our email is with Homestead. Does the DNS direction affect email?
On another note is there a way for me to download old emails in bulk and save directly on my computer? 

Lastly, I don't mind adding more storage...is this something you can help with or do I just go into my account and add more?

No, I just can't check the DNS to make sure there are no issues, since it is input through Wix. You would need to log in to your Wix account and check the DNS. Make sure the DNS for the email matches this:

There is not a feature through Homestead for downloading emails, that would need to be done via a program like Outlook. I am not sure if they offer a "bulk" option.
