My business email is extremely important and I am no longer able to receive emails from my main email address but I am able to send emails. I cannot figure out why this has occurred. info@snapstarphotos.com

The mail records on your domain are pointing mail service to dreamhost. What mail system do you wish to use?

I would like my email to work properly. I was going to try to switch it to dreamhost but I'm having too much trouble. How do I fix it so that it stays with Homestead?

I have reset the email records to Homestead. It might take some propagation time, but it should start working again shortly.

Hey Drew, my outlook is really acting up and fortunately I use dropbox so was able to send important documents from my iPhone. This makes no sense to me.

There have been no server issues today. I am not sure what was happening with Outlook, but if you still have an issue, you can always try Webmail. If that doesn't work, please provide details about exactly what happened.

Drew, could you check my account? It seems like I'm not sending anything from my home computer but I'm going through my iPhone and attaching files that are critical. You will see I had just sent several attachments to a bank via my dropbox which they required first thing this morning and never received.

I am showing 3 emails sent from your address to that address today. All were delivered to their server. Were there more than that? Were these the ones sent from the phone?

What mail program are you using? Usually if mail is stuck in the outbox, it is a configuration issue. Either the program is not sending the password or it is sending the wrong one, or you are not using port 587 for outgoing mail.

It is the Windows 10 Outlook mail. I also use the regular outlook. In this basic outlook mail, it's easier to organize all the mail in coming and outgoing but it's very limited There does not seem to be any advanced settings settings which is why I sent you a couple snapshots.

It appears to be working now. Thanks so much for your assistance!  One more question. I have an auto responder but I can't figure out how to access where it was originally setup.  I tried looking under homestead webmail and google email since my domain email is pointed to forward to gmail account.  

Any tips?

In your mail admin, where you set up the forward to your gmail is where the auto responder is.
