I am hopeful I can message with someone about the billing/invoices for my account???

I am new to the group that uses this website and am in charge of most aspects of it. In going over the billing summary it appears that we were charged 2X in 2017 and I am confused as to why?

Hello,

This is because that first bill was paid late. We started attempting to bill in December 2016, tried 5 times to receive payment, the account then closed in February 2017. The account was reopened about 2 weeks later and closed again when we still weren't able to charge. The account was reopened March 2017 and the card on file was updated. We successfully charged the account at that point, but it was for the payment originally due in 2016.
Thank you, Elyzabeth. I suspect that was the time when there was a change in the executive director position. I appreciate your explanation!
