I added another email to my account and it will not work with Gmail during set up. Please help ASAP.

I added another email to my account (just paid annually) and it will not work with Gmail during set up. Please help ASAP. The account works fine within the Roundcube webmail site, but Gmail says I can't set up. email isL mariov@challengeapplications.com    SMTP Server is: mx.challengeapplications.com PORT 587. Error message from Gmail says: Couldn't reach server. Please double-check the server and port number.
