How can I get my time counter to work on my page? I added it using the option that is located in the INFORMATION tab.

I think you might be using the downloadable Sitebuilder program, which is unfortunately quite outdated. There are several features that are no longer supported or offered, and the time counter is one of them. I highly recommend switching to Sitebuilder Plus, which is the more up to date version of that program, that is available online. Features that are not available have been removed in that version.

If you need that feature on your website, that would be something that would need to be added via HTML.
