Product Tabs do not work with all Bigcommerce or Premium themes.
1. In your Bigcommerce control panel, select Setup & Tools › Store Settings.
2. Open the Display tab.

3. Click the checkbox next to Enable Products Tabs? at the bottom of the Display Settings section.

4. Save your changes.
