How do I voice my complaint with regard to the email service?

all my email was dumped emptied trash and all email was dumped. now we are all down I guess. if my 3 years of email cannot be put back on what are we to do?

The current outage is caused by some planned maintenance. Can you further explain the other issue with your email? What do you mean by "email was dumped"?

I've been paying homestead a monthly fee of about $40 for YEARS. I'm shocked that THIS is the best means of getting an email issue fixed....no support ticket system....no direct contact for assistance. We already have wheels turning to dump homestead but I'd really like some official help fixing my email. One very important customer's emails are dumping into my spam folder despite all options in Zimbra Desktop being set to receive his emails. (BTW, this is the second time I have reached out for help on this and I expect, just like the first time, nobody will respond or help me on this....precisely why we are dumping homestead).

We are running a business, relying on gmail to communicate to my customers is NOT professional. Yes I' mad....wouldn't you be?

Sorry if you are having problems with the email. I see this is your first post to the Community and your account shows your last phone call was over five months ago. If you can explain in more detail the problems you are experiencing, we'll be happy to help you out.

If there is one person in particular who's emails are going to spam, we can analyze one of them and find out why.

This is my first post. Not really sure why a public community forum is the best solution available for my company to have these private issues addressed. A phone call really seems over the top for a simple solution for this in today's digital age.

Regardless, if you are able to point me in the right direction for the support ticketing process I'd be ever so happy. Otherwise, I will search out another solution for this particular email address going into my spam.

Your live chat? What a joke that is too. I tried it several times and all I can say is ha,ha, ha ha, LMAO. What a very unprofessional way of resolving problems. Using a community format and not personalized and your overtaxed phone support is useless too. Your customers are in a pit with there hands stretched out screaming for help out of the pit and Homestead suits are just sitting there collecting the fees not really giving a damn about how this problem is putting a negative impact on future business.

I spent all day yesterday trying to complete three big projects and doing nothing but logging back in due to timing out and error messages. I did not have time to come post all of them here. The system is somewhat more stable with the new Win7 computer and latest Foxfire, but it has not stopped the constant error messages and timing out. I don't feel it's on my end as I'll have multiple email windows open for the various accounts and they do not time out at the same time, as in a break in internet connection, etc. I just opened one email, responded, and now cannot open any email, just the little spinning thing. I am getting spam again, the same ones over and over no matter how many times I put them in the spam folder.

Dee Dee0596, Can you post one of the spam messages that is repeatedly coming in so we can analyze it? When you are viewing the email in the OX system, click the "Show Source" button at the top and copy the entire contents, and paste it here.

I have had this same problem, keeps logging me out every 5 minutes, can't see all my message, where is the search your emails part???

Nothing is working. Open email folder, no email. Only spinning thing, no loading indicator. Multiple log out and log in, get the folder to open with email, open email, cannot delete it from within. Have to close and click delete multiple times. Delete it, have to log back in, it's right back in the new mail folder.

Can you try to clear you cache/cookies, and close the browser then test it again and see if the emails appear/sync the way they should? There was a patch pushed out about 1/2 hour ago and I'm hoping this helped the issue.

Everything worked well until about 10 am central time. Now the servers are slow. I can can one-thousand - X from 15 to 36 seconds before anything completes, open email, delete email, move email, send, click forward. I could take up knitting! :-)

Yeah, I can't log in to my email. It says "LGI-0006 Categories=USER_INPUT Message='Invalid credentials.' exceptionID=-645711206-1500286" Please help.

For the past 2 days I am getting an error message when I send an email saying a copy was not sent to my sent folder. I am wondering if anyone else is getting this error and am wondering how I can get this fixed. I am not sure if something gets sent or not (sorry I am not trusting the message that says it was sent).

Also, I haven't gotten any emails since the 28th of February. This is very strange because I usually get about 30 a day.

I am just really frustrated with the new email platform! I am not pleased at all. I don't really complain a lot but I am hoping there are some fixes out there that can address these issues. Thank you!

That error usually indicates that you are using an IMAP email account and the "sent"folder is not mapped to the folder on the server. What email client are you using?

I noticed after the email platform change that the address book had for individuals. Now it has distribution list options. Can we make group lists?

Still constant timing out, but not all day. Sometime it's fine, then nothing but timing out and error messages. I'll be out of the office for a week, so cannot send error reports.

Dee Dee0596, Yes, you can create group lists, but keep in mind it's not designed for mass emails/marketing. It does not have any list management feature or unsubscribe option to help you comply with anti spam guidelines.

Unfortunately our email admins are still working on the timing out issue. They have made some progress but I know some people are still having the problem on occasion.

Mike, I just returned from a 10 day trip. There were timing out issues and server errors whether on my iPhone, iPad, or laptop across 600 miles of Texas and back, LTE service or very high wifi service. Things have improved since you upgraded from the 2012 version to the 2014, but I still get the same timing and server errors here in the home office as well. Email worked fine this morning, now I cannot even complete a response and it times out. It's intermittent whether on the road or in the office on the desk top. So it is not my system here.

Is it just me or are all emails from this and other companies going haywire? I am sending emails from my homestead account to other emails, and they are NOT arriving. And Visa versa, non of the emails I am sending to homestead are arriving as well. I notice in the little box a the base of my screen, when I am on another window, it says "New Email" but then I click open the homestead, and there is No New email. I feel like there is a lack of or SLOW connection and there are no emails arriving. They are all VERY sporatic. I am not recieving any homestead emails I send to my self to other emails such as gmail or other server companies....whatssssssup!?!?!?

bookministry, Were you by any chance using the email list manager on the Homestead website, or were these email addresses saved in the old Zimbra web mail client?

Also, what is the email address/domain for the mailing list?
