Here's how you set up WebListings.

  1. Click WebListings in the left navigation menu

  2. In the upper right corner, click Manage My Listing.

  3. Enter Basic Business Info.
    • Make sure to use your business address as this information will be submitted to local directories such as Yellow Pages.
    • If you don't have a business address and don't want people to see your personal address, click the Don't show my street address on my profile checkbox.
    • Once you've filled in your business information, click Continue

  4. Enter Additional Business Info. Be sure to include as much information as possible in each section.

  • Enter your fax number and business email address if you one

  • Enter in your primary website domain

  • Choose up to 5 categories for your business. These will submitted to other directories to categorize your business. It's ok to do general categories and specific categories to help gain more exposure.

  • Enter in a business descriptions. This should be several sentences that describe your products or services.

  • Add in the products and/or services you offer.

  • Enter in up to 20 keywords that you would like to be found for. Make sure these keywords are industry specific and target your market. The more niche they are, the quicker you'll rank online.

  • Ex. "Contractor" - too broad.
"Denver Electrical Contractor" - great keyword
  • Add a photo for your business. If you right click on an image you can view the properties of that image and obtain the URL to enter into the WebListings.

  • Enter your businesses hours of operation

  • Enter when your business was founded and any awards it has received.

  • Click the I agree to the Intuit Terms of Service and certify that I'm the owner or representative of this business checkbox.

  • Click Create Listing to finish.

  • Note: You can update your information at any time.

    Hope that helps!

Still lost. Dozens of emails and Community help posts, still no answer. Before I began paying for web listings i could find my site in a local search in my category 'painting'. Since I began paying I have a new dashboard that has said 'pending' for many weeks now and no functioning help link to get an answer. If I was visible before this service, why am I now paying for invisible. Shouldn't I be listed on 100+ sites. I'm not even on yahoo! It lists 7 cities away from my location. It was not this way prior to your service. I have been asking for weeks, so I will be posting this every day. Thank you

I completed my website months ago....my url is www.corporatelegalsvc.com. I have paid intuit oodles of money a month - and even when I type in my own URL in google it still doesn't even come up! Other firms have told me it is a bad idea to structure a website with a "host" such as this what can I do to get people to even see the website without giving intuit even more money every month!

    Hello Corporatelegal8485,

I noticed you had Weblistings on your account but it wasn't set up yet. I would start by following the directions in this top to get that set up. Also you can find additional resources on other free things you can do to help get your site online here.

    I hope that helps.

Listing your organization in the Intuit Business Directory using this procedure puts your Website at the top of Live Search results, especially if you link your name in the search terms. Posting yourself on Superpages, Yahoo local, Facebook, Google plus, merchantcircle, and spokeo gets you plastered on all other search engines for free.
