If you receive a warning that the server could not be verified, touch Continue and then disable SSL as follows:
Go back into Settings and touch Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
Select your new account, then scroll to the bottom and click Advanced.
Make sure that "use SSL" is not selected.

Regardless, I am not able to upload my contacts from the webased emails. etc to Outlook. What do I save them as? I have tried a few things and now I have duplicates and the info is all there except the email which is the important info.
As for the iphone, I deleted the account on the phone and tried a few times to start fresh and I keep getting that the imap is incorrect. that the password is not correct and everything is exact to what you have on here. Due to having my actual hotmail account on my phone I am not able to use the outlook that is what has my hotmail account. I am going out of my mind here trying to get both resolved...and I also have to go into the webased emails and delete a bunch as it goes into the yellow and red still....why?? thank you for all your help but I seriously can not operate this way!

I can understand not having a POP option, but IMAP should still work.
I don't know why you are unable to deselect SSL. There may be something going on with your phone.
I do see 1 error in your screenshot. IMAP uses port 143. Port 110 is for POP. Try that and let us know, but you may need to seek help from Apple if you can't find the Outgoing server setting.

1. I am also having an issue that I can't delete emails on my iphone. A few minutes after marking them as trash an error message comes up that says:
Unable to Move Message
The message could not be moved to the mailbox Trash.
The emails then show back up in my inbox.
2. I believe there might be a problem moving all emails to different folders. I have just tried to move a few emails and they look as if they drop into the new folder. However, when you check the folder they are not there and are still showing up in my inbox.
3. Another issue I see is that I can't open up and view emails that have multiple replies. The IOS 7 will show an email with multiple replies in the inbox with a double arrow at the right next to the date of the email. This should open up the emails for you to view them which it does not. It will highlight the email but then nothing happens.

I am now able to move emails to my folders. I am not sure why it is working now and wasn't earlier.
Also, the issue with the emails with replies not opening is now working.

The error you posted above could be a couple of things. First, according to the Apple support forums, it indicates a misconfiguration in the email app. If you can tell us if you are configuring IMAP, or POP, and then tell us what you have entered in each field, we'll help identify any problems.
Also, that error can occur if you have an auto-forward set up and are auto-forwarding to your self. If you do, you'll obviously want to remove it.
If you are certain that you have the configuration settings correct, then you'll want to reset your password and test the settings again. This page shows how/where to change the email password: https://community.homestead.com/homes...

Also, make sure SSL setting is turned off. If I'm not mistaken, Apple turns this on as a default.

The user name and password for email and posting here are not the same. To enter here, you use the Homestead account user name and password.
Thanks

If you have not done so, you'll need to update the email server information according to the steps above.
