How do I review a downloadable product order?

I'd like to check the order of a downloadable product.

Here's how to review information for a downloadable product order.
  1. Open Storefront.

  2. Under Quick Store Stats, click Orders shipped today or search to locate an order downloaded on a previous day.

  3. Review the Completed Orders list.

  4. Click the link in the Ship Date column to view the Invoice/Receipt for the order.

  5. Click View Invoice Downloads.

  6. In the Downloads for Invoice screen, review the Downloadable File name, the Date and Time the file was downloaded, the IP Address of the computer it was downloaded to (note that multiple computers can share the same IP Address), and whether the file was downloaded successfully.

  7. Note: If there was a problem with a download, you can provide the customer with additional downloads of the product they purchased.
