How do I link my payment form to my merchant account? I have been with Intuit for several years and never had a problem and now that it's moved to Homestead (we are seasonal so not a lot of action in the off months) we can not receive payments through the payment form on our website. Homestead says its my merch acct's fault, my merch acct says its Homesteads error... Even the error message says it's a Homestead error, but no luck. Any help would be appreciated!

Rachel9886,  Can you please tell us what site and page the payment form is on and I'll take a look at it. If you are trying to connect a SiteBuilder payment element with an Intuit merchant account, this has not been possible for many months.  When Intuit sold Homestead to EIG, they removed this functionality.

There are of course other options available, so if you wish to explain in more detail what you need to do we'll be happy to point you in the right direction.
