Please make sure you publish anything you haven't already, then exit Sitebuilder. After that post here that you are out of Sitebuilder and then log out of your account. I will then update the account and post here when done. Don't login until you hear from me.

Your account has now been converted to SiteBuilder Plus. Just go to www.homestead.com and log into your account. Then, go to the Websites Manager page and click the blue Edit button in the center of the page.

It is not reliable at all. Only one single time I was able to access it. Every other time I tried to edit a site: website manager - edit site: it goes to a window "verifying your files are up to date" for a second and back to "getting started." Never had a problem with the older laptop using the on-disk downloaded site builder software. That was reliable and not subject to online traffic and other problem and allowed me to work offline and save to publish later. I loved this site until now.

Good morning. You should not have a problem with Sitebuilder Plus and Windows 8, unless something is interfering. First try clearing the browser history and trying again. Or try a different browser. Sometimes a browser plug in can make odd things happen.

Thanks
