you need to pull it together and help your customers.

please upgrade my account to site builder plus for no charge. please email me and let me know when this is done and what I need to do. Thanks

Maybe you should send out an email letting everyone know about this upgrade and that is it available to anyone needing it or planning to get a new computer. not to mention your not going to get any new customers if they cant load your site and get started. they will move on to something that works. I wouldn't think twice about this company if I hadn't already spent the time to make my site.

Mike, I've asked the same but got no response. i'm unable to use it, as I've switched to a Mac. Can you upgrade mine as well? I've been a loyal customer for many, many years, but now find it useless. : (

Done! The next time you log in, just click the blue Edit button on the Websites Manager screen. Let us know if you have any questions. It will look a little different but the basic functionality is almost exactly the same.

If this post helps, please give a "Star" and complete this survey to rate me.

Thanks!

Can my PC desktop SiteBuilder website design files be transferred to the web version of SiteBuilder?.

I am thinking about replacing my PC with a Mac and learned that SiteBuilder is not downloadable to a Mac.

SiteBuilder Plus is web based and runs well in Firefox and Chrome, so works well on Mac's. If you want your account converted just reply here.

As noted above, SiteBuilder Plus works on a Mac using Firefox or Chrome. When we started using it three years ago, It did not work well when using Safari. Therefore, make sure to use one of the other browsers.
