twiggy,

Where are you getting stuck at. The file path you posted above is to your personal computer. We can not open that. What is it you are trying to refer us to?

Well the link is a print screen as I can not post it here any other way.
I get through everything and it opens and then gives me choices and tells me that the data will be lost...please use the link I provided it will give you everything...I am trying to get some things done since i don;t have emails and contacts I can call....

twiggy, Even if the link were active I could not open it as it's a local file path on your computer. I can see that you are saving an html file named "Doc9" to your desktop, but what exactly are you trying to show me? Would this question/problem better be addressed with a Live Support agent on the phone? If so feel free to call us, or if perhaps provide screenshots here on the Community.

it will not let me post anything other then a jpeg or bng file so I had to do an HTML file. it is a print screen shot and I only know how to copy that to a word document and this community will not let me post it. It is a snapshot of the screen error...and how the contacts and all are coming out!

twiggy,

This page has a good video showing you how to capture a screenshot and save it as an image file so you can upload it.

what column header title do i need for "display name" to be filled in in the csv file for contacts ?.

i am not manually entering "display names" for each of my contacts. What do i need to title the columns on the excel generated csv file for it to fill in automatically?

The easiest thing to do, is export your contacts file from the OX system as shown above, then it already has the column heading. This way you can just add the display names into the csv file, save it, and import it back in.

Migrate (copy), or print, an address book/contact list..

Can I migrate (copy) an address book, or contact list, from one email address to another? If not, can it be printed? Our president became a past president and she wants her contacts to be put in her new email address.

Export from the old address, and then you can import the contacts to the new address.

Need a little more info. I exported the file and it opened what looked like an excel file. When I tried to save it as a CSV I got a warning box.  What do I do from here? Thanks.
