How do I enter tracking numbers for my orders?

Once you are ready to ship an item and notify your customer of that shipment, you can input a tracking number for the order. This will then be sent with the shipment notification e-mail to your customer, so that they can track their order shipment.

1.) Login to your store's control panel.
2.) Click on Orders and then View Orders.

3.) On the right side of the orders, there is an Actions drop-down box. Click it and choose Ship Items.

4.) Then you will have a pop up window where you can enter the quantity, shipping method, tracking number, & shipment comments.

5.) You should then see a confirmation that your order has been marked as shipped.
6.) If you need to print a packing slip you can do so from the 'Print Packing Slip' link.

7.) On the packing slip you will see the tracking number and shipment comments you added.

If you need to view/edit the tracking numbers after they are created you can do that by click on Orders and then View Shipments in your control panel.

There you have access to edit the shipment.

You can find existing tracking numbers by expanding out the quick view of an order. The tracking number will be listed under the "Shipping Details" section.
