Hi Drew, You were so helpful a couple of weeks ago connecting me to the correct phone number at homestead to help with a shipping problem. I have another one..I am getting continual USPS, Fed Ex quote errors on my store log page and i just got off of a mind numbingly ridiculous phone call with a person who was the LEAST helpful i have ever encountered in my 9 years at homestead. Any real help would be appreciated.

thanks so much,

barb

Hello Barbara9750,   We are working with our partners at Bigcommerce and it appears there may be an issue with the USPS API. Their engineers are working on this   They said you should be getting shipping quotes, is that correct ?

When i do tests on the site myself I am getting quotes that look pretty good. But the store log is full of what i assume are customers attempting to get quotes with errors.

Thank you so much for looking into this Mike.

Hi Barbara9750,

BC advised us that this is being worked on and the errors you are seeing in your log are for "in-state" quotes. I'm not exactly sure what the problem with the USPS API is, but they advised us their engineers are working on it.
