How do I create postcode-based shipping zones in the UK?

2. On the Shipping page, choose the Shipping Zone tab. Then click on Add a Shipping Zone. ukshipping23.png<!-- image and step all fall inside one paragraph tag for spacing-->

3. Name your shipping zone. For example, you may call one shipping zone for ‘Cardiff’. ukshipping4.png

4. In the Shipping Zone Type choose ‘This zone is based on one or more postal or ZIP code ukshipping5.png

5. In the Country field, choose United Kingdom. ukshipping6.png

6. Add your post codes. In most cases, this is just the first two letters of the postcode district and then an *, which is a wildcard character. ukshipping71.png

To save time, you can use the wildcard character ‘*’ to create a shipping zone for every postcode in the postcode district. For example in Wales, all Cardiff postcodes start with ‘CF’. We can simply specify ‘CF*’ in the ZIP/Postal Codes box for all postcodes in the Cardiff district.

7. Make sure to check "yes, enable this shipping zone." ukshipping8.png
