I'm also having the same problem. My account is due to renew tomorrow and your cancellation button doesn't work (there's something quite funny about a company who offers functional web-design software having a website with non-functioning buttons). Please also cancel my account.

I need to cancel my Homestead website and its account. The buttons to do so don't seem to work right now. Perhaps I need to wait and call, but if there is another way, I'd certainly like to know about it. I only have one website with 4 pages. Thank you!

I took a look at your account and I do see that you set your account to cancel. You will not be billed again.

I need to cancel my account. The whole process works until I get to the final page saying "Are you sure" etc and the "Yes, Cancel My Account" button doesn't button. The other ones work but the one I actually want to click so I can cancel does nothing.

I am trying to cancel my account by going under Account Summary. When I click on the cancel all services button, nothing happens.
I cannot wait hours on hold to support and I do not see a chat option anywhere. There really should be an easier way. Other people are having similar issues according to the forum.

If you need to call in the future, please be sure to put the country code since you are calling from another country. It should read 1-800-710-1998

I followed these instructions, but at the end it says I have to call.
After so many years of being a loyal customer and recommending Homestead, I will be making damn sure that none of my business owning friends EVER use their service.

The account has not been cancelled. If you call 1-800-710-1998, you can speak with a representative who can make sure everything you need has been moved off of the account and help you close it. You will then get an email confirmation of this change.
