What We'll Cover
Export Orders
1. Select Orders then Export Orders.

2. Choose the Default template, then select Continue.


3. A window will appear. Select Export my orders to a CSV file.

4. A status bar will move across the screen. When it finishes, select Download my Orders file.

5. Save the file to your computer.

Export Products
1. Select Products then Export Products.

2. Choose the Bulk Edit template, then select Continue.


3. A window will appear. Select Export my products to a CSV file.

4. A status bar will move across the screen. When it finishes, select Download my Products file.

5. Save the file to your computer.

1. Select Customers then Export Customers.

2. Choose the Bulk Edit template, then select Continue.


3. A window will appear. Select Export my customers to a CSV file.

4. A status bar will move across the screen. When it finishes, select Download my Customers file.

5. Save the file to your computer.

Export Template Files
1. Select Design in your Control Panel.

2. Click Download Template Files.

3. Save the template.zip folder to your computer.
Rename the file from template.zip to the storename-(date).zip to recognize the backup later

Download Product Images
1. Connect to your store using WebDAV.
2. Once connected, download the Product_Images folder. This is typically no more than a drag-and-drop procedure.
You may consider copying the other folders from WebDAV to your computer as well, these may contain extra files you've uploaded.
