How do I add a video to my product page?

Adding a Video to the Images/Videos Tab (YouTube videos only)
1. In your Bigcommerce Control Panel, click Products and select View Products.

2. Click Action and select Edit on the product you wish to add a video to.

3. Open the Images & Videos tab.

4. Find the YouTube Videos section.

5. Enter your search term or URL and click Search.

6. Add a video to your playlist by clicking the checkbox.

You can add multiple videos to your playlists.

7. After adding the video(s) to your playlist, they will appear in the right column.

8. Click Save & Exit.

Adding a Video to the Product Description
1. Click Products then select View Products.

2. Click Action and select Edit on the product you wish to add a video to.

Choose between: Embed a YouTube video or an Embedded file(from your computer).

YouTube/Vimeo
3. Place your cursor where you want the video to be then click the YouTube button.

4. Paste the link to the YouTube/Vimeo video you wish to use. A preview will display below.

5. Click Insert. A yellow box with a YouTube icon display in your product description.

6. Click Save & Exit.

Embedded Videos(File on Your Computer)
3. Upload the file using WebDAV.

4. Place your cursor where you want the video to be then click the embedded video button (2011-12-22_1400.png).

5. Choose the file type for your video, and paste the link to your file in the File/URL box.

6. Click Insert. A yellow box with an icon for the file type will display.

7. Click Save & Exit.

My Wondershare Filmora is a .wve extension. I have a windows created video in MP4 format not supported by your site either.

What video maker programs could you recommend I use?

There is not a program we would recommend. Uploading videos to YouTube or Vimeo would convert the file appropriately, as we do not have a way to upload videos into the new Website Builder editor.
