After you log into your account, click the configuration icon (looks like a gear wheel). Then, on the left click E-Mail > Signatures > Add.

Can't get the link for "Linkedin" to highlight. Did we lose that ability too?

The signature field will accept some html. Try using this code. Of course edit it with your actual email address

Signatures did not make the transfer. I see a spot to add a signature with a drop down box to chose one, but I do not see any way to create a signature. How do I do that?

Hi Mike, I configured my signature using the link above, how do I get it in the email? The image I used is not published on my site, will it still work? I know nothing about coding.

ok, I got it in but I copied and pasted the "source code" and there are huge gaps between lines and split lines. I don't know how to fix it.

Barbara0145,
Can you paste the HTML so I can take a look?

Hi Todd....I got it. I edited it once I pasted it in the signature space. Thank you. But is there a way for the signature to also be on iPhone?

You can edit the signature on your iPhone under your Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Signature. You'll find the Signature button towards the bottom

How do I add or insert a logo in the email signature?  I tried linking to the image url using the [IMG][/IMG] html and that didn't work.  Other suggestions?

Are you trying to code in an image?  If so be sure the image is on a published website when you create the link in the code.

I got the mail to code to work. What would be the code to enter for the signature box just for a website to link up?

To display an image, you can use:
<img src="url" alt="some_text">

The image you want to display needs to be hosted on your live site so that you can construct the full url to the image. Adding the url is just like the example above, except after referencing the web page, you'll finish the URL with "\imagename.jpg".

RE: email signatures: How can I change the font or do any enhancements to it? It is appearing in a boring courier font, and the edit button doesn't allow anything but text changes. Thanks.
