I recently discovered that my website that I created using Homestead had tags or links to someone else site without my knowledge. How is this so? Where did or how did I allow these links?

Hi Irene2152,

If you're seeing links on your site that you did not add (or anyone else who's authorized to edit the site), then it sounds like you might have some malware or adware on your computer.

I'd suggest viewing your site on another computer or asking a friend or family member to do so, and verify that it's not the same when viewing it on various computers.

If no one else see's the same links that you're seeing, then I'd strongly suggest running an antivirus scan on your computer in addition to checking what browser add-ons you have. I've seen a few users come across this issue as well, when downloading from the internet, a browser add-on may be included which will dispaly these links when viewing websites.

I hope this info helps, let me know if you have any other questions.
