From time to time, it may be necessary to provide us with an email header for troubleshooting purposes. This can easily be done right through the OX Webmail client.
You can do this by opening the email message from within the Inbox, or Sent folder (whichever applies), then click the "show
source" button as shown in the image below.
Then, just copy the entire
text/content that you see on the screen and paste it to the relevant help topic here on the Community (or email if instructed).
