From time to time, it may be necessary to provide us with an email header for troubleshooting purposes.  This can easily be done right through the OX Webmail client.

You can do this by opening the email message from within the Inbox, or Sent folder (whichever applies), then click the "show
source" button as shown in the image below.

Then, just copy the entire
text/content that you see on the screen and paste it to the relevant help topic here on the Community (or email if instructed).

Unable to Send email to MS Servers.

I use the open exchange server through Homestead for my business email and am unable to send emails to domains associates with MS.

The error message in the mailer daemon is:

SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL
FROM:<EMAIL ADDRESS REMOVED>
SIZE=5665:
> host mx1.hotmail.com [65.55.92.168]: 550 SC-001 (SNT004-MC3F5)
Unfortunately, messages from 66.96.187.3 weren't sent. Please contact your
Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list. You
can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors.

Thanks in Advance!

L.A.5763,

We will need the header of a message that didn't arrive or was delayed. We can try and track the message.

Thanks

Drew
