How can I create additional user accounts for my Storefront?

To add new user accounts:
1.) Log in to your control panel.
2.) Click Users.

3.) Click the Create a User Account button.

4.) Fill out the required fields and select the proper permissions for the user.

5.) Click Save.

Now, this user will be able to login to the store, and only be able to do what you assigned it. Please know that while you can give a role of "Store Administrator," the only true administrator for the store is the username "admin."

trying to create a tech support user account, it is asking or an email and name, I tried my ino but it said I already have an account and erased all my input?

What name for BIG Commerce support (inside Homestead should I use)? I have worked with Mindy and Elizabeth recently on the phone.

I 'added' a new user and set up an email and password for this person.  I have tried and cannot get in, though BOTH were accepted when inserted.  Can't get any help, so am trying this avenue.

A user in Storefront is different from email. What exactly are you trying to add and what can you not log in to? What error message are you receiving?
