How can I contact Homestead to speak to a support agent?

When signing up for a website through Intuit, it was said that I would be paying $7.99 monthly. I have been getting charged $10.99 monthly and would like to be reimbursed for the payments.

Sorry for the frustrations.

To contact a support agent.

1. Login to your account
2. Click Help in the top right corner and choose View Help
3. When the help center opens, click "Getting Started" in the left navigation
4. Scroll to the bottom of that thread and you will see a link to view other help options.

That will take you to the contact page where you can either call in or chat with a support agent.

How can I contact Homestead with a billing question? I see no 800 number listed and the live chat is not working--at least on my computer. I've tried IE8 and Firefox and have had no luck with the chat. Please help!

OMG this is a nightmare trying to get in touch with support!!! Homstead really need to make this simpler, I've wasted a good 30-40 mins of my time going round in circles.
I've followed your advice, which brings me to chat support or telephone, neither are available, the only option I can find is discussing my problem in "community"
I have been billed 2 months in a row (fees have been taken out of my accoun May & June) I dont think it is appropriate to discuss this in community. Where can I find customer service that I can send an email plz??
