My website seems outdated. I have 4 websites with you guys and if I can't revamp these websites I will have to shut them down and go with someone else like WORDPRESS.

Try our new Websitebuilder. Just create a new site.

I too have been neglecting my (only) site and it is now a mess and probably disadvantageous to my business rather than advantageous. I would like to in effect un-publish it for a few days whilst I change some things and correct others. Ultimately I still want to use the same basic design. So, my question is, can I temporarily remove it from the web?

Yes. In the editor, click on your domain at the top right and select View file manager from the list. Click on a page and then click on the unpublish button. Do this for each page and it will not be visible online.

Thank you ----- but each page will still be there for me to update it will it? Whilst I want to work on everything I do not want to start all over again.

Yes. Unpublish removes the page from the published site, but leaves it in the editor. When ready just publish the whole site and everything will go back online.
