Everytime I want to paste text from another source, it opens a window into which I have to paste the text.  Unfortunately, it looses all formats and linked elements.  This is a real drawbacks when copying text from sitebuilder created sites or other external sources.  If I cannot copy text with formats and links I will have to seek for another solutions because it would be too time consuming to transfer all pages this way.

This is intended, unfortunately. A lot of times when copying text and fonts from a different source, the copied styles can cause issues with the coding of the page. I do apologize, but you will have to edit the font once again after you have pasted it.

This is unfortunate because if I could I would transfer my website from mysite.ca to Homestead and cancelled mysite.ca because they are too expensive.  Why can't you allow that.  I have copies tons of text from my former Homestead and other website into mysite.ca without problems. It was a charm and saved me days of hard work.  If there is a major drawback with Homestead, it is this annoying restriction that don't make sense to me.
