How to have emails deleted from Server automatially after forwarding

We have our emails forwarded to Help Scout. However, after the emails are forwarded they remain in the Roundcube mailbox rather than being automatically deleted. We don't want the box to get full and stop forwarding emails so we would like to have them deleted automatically after forwarding. Is there a way to do this? Thank you

The forward option can not do this. There are filters in Roundcube that you may be able to create to forward and delete. I have not tried to specifically do this, so I am not sure exactly what options would be available.
