I am reaching the limit on my email quota. I have erased nearly all of my emails, emptied out the trash box and sent box, and my email quota is still at 422 MB. It shows an email count of over 3000 emails. I would like to delete everything that is stored on the server, but can't seem to find an option for that. I previously used an old version of Outlook with windows XP, and have upgraded to Windows 10. I now use the homestead webmail program to view, retrieve, and send my emails. I have no way of accessing the old version of Outlook to delete from there. What do I need to do. I don't want to just upgrade my quota limit, since that does not solve the original problem.

Do you have subfolders in Webmail? You need to look in all the folders in the Webmail program.

There are 5 subfolders under the Inbox. They are 1)Chats 2)Contacts 3)Emailed Contacts 4)Junk 5)Sent. All of these folders are empty. I only have 10 emails currently in my Inbox

I am working to correct it. Sorry for this. I do see the issue.

Seems as if whatever you did has now allowed me to see all of the subfolders that have been created. Is there a way I can have that done to the other emails I have on this account?

It looks like you got the space cleared out. Any remaining email should be visible. Do you mean other email addresses also have this issue? If so, which ones?

Yes, other email addresses. Sorry for the confusion. The other addresses would be:
brent@delkperformance.com
heath@delkperformance.com
matt@delkperformance.com
Mainly the top 2 are the ones that are running into the same issue I was having.
Thank you for your help

Please check now and see if you are able to see and clear those emails and folders in the other mailboxes

Everything seems to be good with matt@delkperformance.com
Still having issues with brent and heath email.
brent@delkperformance shows an email count of 3334 and 235.91 MB, but I'm only showing 248 emails in the Sent objects box and 270 in the inbox, none in any of the other subfolders (chats, contacts, deleted messages, emailed contacts, junk, notes, sent, sent messages).
heath@delkperformance shows an email count of 1010 and 220.97 MB, and only has 313 emails in the inbox. No others in any other folder available to view.
While I realize neither of them are approaching the quota currently I would like to figure out where the "missing" emails are to ensure they will not have problems in the future. Thank you again for your help.

My email says full quota as well, I also only have around 3400 in inbox, about 100 in sent objects folder, about 300 in "keep" I need to save, nothing in spam, trash, sent etc. BarbaraD@integrity-transportation.com and several others. But mine is the only one that shows full quota.

Barbara0145, All the messages appear to be visible in you email box. You apparently have a suite that didn't get the space upgrade. I have upgrded your space limit, but since the messages are all visible, if you don't continue to delete message when you can it will eventually fill up again

Thank you, yes I usually delete at about 3/4 full because I don't remember to do it. But that's the email count. What is quota? None of my other folders ever get full. When I delete from the inbox it never goes to trash and it and the spam folder are always empty. I also have a problem with all email for employees not getting forwarded to my manager Lou@integrity-transportation.com. CraigF@integrity-transportation.com just will not forward to Lou@. Can you fix that too?

Forwarding is pretty unreliable, but should work between email addresses on this domain. Try removing the forward for about 1 hour. Then add it back on and wait another hour to see if it starts working.

Hi How can we get more email space? My bosses email quota keeps getting full.

joe1781, we can raise the limit for $3/month for each email address. It would double the available space, but at some point the messages would still need to be cleaned out. If you want to increase the space, let me know which email(s) and I'll take care of it.

Joe, be sure to empty the trash, deleted items, and deleted folder. That is where a lot of my quota was being used. Also, make sure to log in through the homestead web portal to do all of the deleting if you are using an outside email program like outlook/windows mail. Homestead also offers extra email quota room for a monthly price.

I am seeing IMAP errors. Do you use a program like Outlook? If so, please close it and try to work from webmail to remove them, See if that helps. Make sure you use Chrome or Firefox.

A few questions

Are all of the emails I missed so far going to come through once this is resolved?  I get a bunch a day and most are important.

Can I upgrade to more space right away to at least temporarily get around the problem so I can received and answer emails right away?

Thanks

awesome...it appears to be fixed.  Can you lower me back down to 500mb?  I would keep the 1000 but honestly, it will never get over 50 more than likely.  Thanks as usual for your great help.

You're welcome. It has already been reset to 500mb. You may need to log out and in again to see that, but it won't be an issue.
