how do I solve my mouseup problem.. every time when I'm editing my index page it goes to the bottom and I can't add anything at the top

Do you mean that the mouse is scrolling automatically to the bottom of the page? I would say that is either a bad mouse or a bad mouse driver. Your editor seems to be working as expected when I look at it.

I changed my mouse and didn't make any difference.. everything else on my computer works fine with either mouse

Can you try a different browser?

I will see if I can figure something out, but right now, I am unsure what could be happening.
