I am new at this website thing - how do I set up my email so it shows my business email account versus my personal email? Would be nice if Homestead had Chat so we can speak to someone versus calling in live.  I can't order business cards until I can get my email set up correctly  thank you

Hey Karen8589

The plan you are on currently does not include an email address. I can add one for you for $1/month. Then you will be able to go under the "email" tab and create your email.

We used to have a chat option but had to get rid of it because almost no one used it.

Thank you Elyzabeth for the quick follow up.  Yes, please include that - did not realize I did not have that available already.   I like chat - sorry it is no longer available but this seems to help as well.  Please let me know when I am good to go and any instructions - I am so not technical on anything.   I also tried to go into the email account and it has a password in there that I do not know what it is and does not seem to have a place where I can reset it  - can you please check on that also?  Thank you.

Hi there Karen8589

I did add that email address for you. Now you just have to log in, click "emails" and choose the domain you are adding the address for. It will have a button to add an email address.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "tried to go into the email account" since you don't have one set up yet? Could you explain that part?
