How do I set the page size on new sitebuilder?

I'm having trouble with display on an ipad. On desktop builder i set page width to 1366 and this seems to give good display on ipad too.

Or am I doing something totally wrong?

With Website Builder, you do not set a page width. It is a responsive site, so it will adjust itself depending on which device you are using.
For it to display best on all devices, it is recommended to keep your elements in between the two vertical dotted lines in the builder.
