How do I obtain a CSR (Certificate Signing Request) for my SSL Certificate? I am trying to make my site HTTPS secure and I need to get one from my web hosting provider but I cant find any contact information.

Customer Support tells me there is no way to get the HTTPS  SSL Certificate, which is SO BAD...65% of all Google page 1 rankings are HTTPS...without this it becomes nearly impossible to get get page 1 rankings...Homestead will begin losing customers without it...we've been with Homestead for 11 years, but now are being forced to move to a progressive site builder that makes it easy to have HTTPS

Unfortunately, it is still not available at this time, but like all statistics they can be misleading. Because so many are, doesn't mean they have to be. It is still a minor ranking factor in Google. Google has not updated their blog since 2014 when they began the ranking. It affects less than .1% of websites. I have no doubt that it will become more important, but at this time most sites do not require SSL. We will continue to monitor this and I will share this with the management team.
