How do I make data entered on a Custom Form "Secure"?

At this time it is not possible, but we are actively working on it and should be releasing the procedure soon. Then you will see a secure message in the browser.

That will be great as long as it applies to Sitebuilder Plus - which is what I am using to manage all 5 of my websites.   Thanks.

Yes sir. It already works on the newer Sitebuilder sites. We just have some extra work to do on the Sitebuilder sites.
