I have an unresolved issue outstanding. Drew was dealing with, promised an action and then just disappeared days ago. I really need his help to fix the problem.

They actually let Drew and the rest of the support staff have the weekends off. Everyone will be back on Monday. If Drew had an answer for you he would have posted it or done whatever needed to be done. I'm sure he will get back with you once he returns.

I am totally aware that staff would have weekends off. I have allowed for that. I was waiting for a response on Thursday and Friday and received none. I have a feeling he has forgotten my issue and I have no idea of how to remind him.

Posting in here is where to reach him. It's his bailiwick. He reads all the posts so he'll see this upon his return.

Hi Marsha, I am sorry, I though I had replied to the previous question, but see that it apparently did not take. I remove the .net domain for you. The site the .com domain is on is set to use Sitebuilder now. I believe this is the issue you are referring to?

Hi Drew! Thanks for deleting the .net site. I tried to open the .com site to work on and it insists I choose a design before moving forward. I know you told me NOT to choose a design so now I am stuck again. This has been taking far too long to fix. PLEASE HELP!! My friend has not been able to make his website public to potential guests.

I did change it to Sitebuilder. Has a design ever been chosen for that site? You are selecting barniescottage.com from the drop down? If no design has ever been selected you can do so now as it will bring up the Sitebuilder templates now.

So just to understand you. I have to choose a design and make the site again from scratch? That four days of work that I did on the other site is now wasted?

I am sorry. We have had some networking issues that have prevented me from working on this. We will get to it as soon as we possibly can.

What does that mean? I spoke to one of your team on chat last night and they said they had never heard of what you are trying to do (ie transfer the site I made to the old site builder). They said it was impossible. I said "ok I will wait for Drew" and then this? Is it impossible or not? If yes  I will (very unhappily) create a new website under barniescottage.com. But I need to know now. Barnie is very unhappy.

Marsha, I am sorry. You may create a site on the new builder or the old builder. They are right that we can't convert and existing site from one builder to the other. We can move that domain back so you can use the site you already started, assuming barniescottage.homesteadcloud.com is the one you started. If I misunderstood your needs, I do apologize. I can convert a new blank site from the new builder to a Sitebuilder site and would be able to copy an existing Sitebuilder site to it, but the 2 builders are totally incompatible. If you have worked on a site via Sitebuilder already, then I might be able to do more.
