I am trying to figure out how to edit photos and also how to open a file manger for the photos I have already uploaded. I am new to websitebuilder and can't seem to find the answer in the help search. Thank you.

Photos will need to be edited outside of the builder. You can change the layout of the image, but actually editing images will need to be done before they are uploaded.

To view the images you have already uploaded, click on Elements > Image > My Images.

First, the file manager, now called Files, is located under ELEMENTS.  You will see that in the list.  You will see blocks identifying the different kinds of files you have on your site, as well as access to the uploading, stock and folders you have.   You can't edit from there though, only add and delete.  Editing photos is a little limited in the program, but the tools there suffice a great deal of the time.  You can click on the images you are already using ON THE PAGE where they appear and edit there.  If the picture is part of the "whole" section (like a background picture) click on the picture and on the pop up you choose STYLE  You will see the image there and you can kind of resize it with the options there.  If it's within a box or data section, click on the picture, hit ADVANCED and the similar options will appear on the right.  Fancier editing has to be done outside of the program and uploaded. Hope that helps.
