How do I create a paragraph that will expand showing the info I want to display when clicking on the title of the paragraph?

Wanting to add a paragraph that will expand showing the info after you click on the title of the paragraph and that will also retract if clicked on again.

You can add two text boxes. The first is the title, then the second is the content. Set the content to "start visible" turned off. Set a behavior on the title to show another element up an action. You can then select the action. A rollover works well for your desired effect. Roll the mouse over the title and the content box appears. Rool off the title and the content disappears again.
