how do I change the name of my website? Not the Titles of each page, but the name that comes up in search?

Click on the pages tab. Then go to the settings. Under the section Page SEO, type in the title and description you desire.

That only changes the title of that particular page. I want to change the title of the entire website, that is to say what comes up in the blue letters on the Google search page.
The letters in blue on this result are not in any of my page titles, so I'm not sure where they're coming from.

The page title is meant to be set for each page. If there is no content in the page title, search engines will choose whatever they wish to display. For optimal results the title should be different for each page and be relevant to the page content.

This is way Google search engine shows it



Google registers what my home page title is. Hope that helps.
