I'm working with a church on a new site.  Their old site (another host) was horrendous and they badly needed a new one.  I use Homestead and they love how it looks.  I've been working with them to get their old domain transferred but since it was built by someone no longer there AND with a now non-existent email address, they can't complete the process due to no EPP code.

My actual question is this ... they finally agreed to go with a new address (simply .com instead of .org) but now how do I cancel the process I started to transfer the original domain?  I don't want it to just sit there as pending.  Can you help?

Of course, I can remove that for you. Just to verify, you would like newarkbiblefellowshipchurchnj.org deleted from the Homestead account?

Yes please.  That's the one that's in 'pending' transfer status.  The one that I just activated is the DOT com site.  Thank you!!!

Done!
Please exit out of the Website Builder (and let me know when you have done so) as there is one more step I need to do, but it will not work if anyone is logged in.

Done.  It now appears to be gone and only shows the .com URL.  Thank you!!
