My email box is filling up way too quickly. I do not have any that I can delete because I need to save them all. I think there must be a way for me to archive them so I can keep them and free up my mail box space for new emails.

Thank you for any help with this.

Hello Bryan6483,

You would need to use a program like Outlook.  I believe that you can create local folders and then drag files from the server to the local folder.  You might want to confirm that with Microsoft first though.  There is also Thunderbird from Mozilla that is a free download.  It might have this functionality.  This would make the archived messages only available on the one device.

Could this work?

Thanks Drew,

I was thinking that I saw something about archiving the homestead email a while back but I can't remember where it was.  I probably will just have to go to Outlook.

  Thanks

I want to remind you that depending on how you configure any email client, you might need to occasionally log in to webmail to clean up the box.

Drew
